A loud blast-like sound in southwest Delhi’s Mahipalpur area near the Radisson Hotel sparked panic among residents on Thursday morning. Authorities swiftly responded to the situation, with police and fire services conducting thorough checks to ensure public safety.
Following reports of a possible explosion, police and fire tenders rushed to the scene but found no evidence of explosives or signs of a bomb blast. This incident occurred just days after a car blast near Delhi’s Red Fort, heightening concerns in the area.
Despite the initial alarm, officials confirmed that no suspicious activity was detected after the loud bang was reported near the Radisson Hotel at 9:18 AM. The situation was quickly brought under control, reassuring residents and visitors in the vicinity.
